Return and Refund Policy

At Legacy Luxe, we maintain high standards and expect the same from every product shipped. To ensure fairness and transparency, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, seals, warranty cards, and accessories.
• Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering will result in rejection of the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized watches or special-order items
• Products damaged by improper handling
• Clearance and discounted items (if mentioned)

3. Refund Process

• After inspection, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Shipping fees, COD fees, and transaction charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect upon delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and unboxing proof for immediate resolution.

5. Exchange

Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability and product condition.
